Teacher Commitment

Highlighting Effective Teaching Strategies (HETS) was a partnership between Hawaiiʻi Department of Education and UH-Leeward Community College interested in providing video modeling for effective teaching practice.   These videos are being used in providing video examples of teaching aligned with components of a professional framework for effective practice as a part of the Educator Evaluation system (EES).
